AND REALLY, THIS IS NOT A LARGE OVERALL IMPACT, YOU KNOW, TO THE BOTTOM LINE OF THE BUDGET, IT'S REALLY JUST MOSTLY ADJUSTING SOME OF THE REVENUE.

THE MAIN THING REALLY IS THAT IN THE INITIAL 25 BUDGET, THERE WAS $25,000 ALLOCATED AS REVENUE FOR TRAIL OF LIGHTS. AND AS WE SAW IN 24, WE HAD REALLY RECEIVED ABOUT $3,500 FOR REVENUE.

DURING THE YEAR FOR TRAIL OF LIGHTS. AND SO BECAUSE THE, YOU KNOW, WITH THE PLAN REMAINING THE SAME FOR 25 THAT REVENUE LINE SHOULD BE DECREASED. AT THE SAME TIME, THE INTEREST, BECAUSE THE, YOU KNOW, COMMISSION HAS DECIDED TO HAVE LIKE A CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT AND WE'RE RECEIVING INTEREST FROM THAT.

ALSO INTEREST ON OUR DEPOSITS. IT. THAT NUMBER IS INCREASING.

AND SO PROPOSING TO, YOU KNOW, CHANGE THAT LINE ITEM AS WELL.

ALSO JUST ADJUSTING SOME OF THE, THE LINE ITEM FOR THE HAMBURGER TAX OR THE 2% A&P TAX.

THAT BUDGET LINE DID NOT CHANGE BETWEEN 24 AND 25.

AND THIS NUMBER PROPOSED, YOU KNOW, WHILE THIS NUMBER CAN FLUCTUATE AND THERE ARE CHANGES THIS YEAR, THIS IS BASICALLY LOOKING HISTORICALLY AT SINCE 2019, HOW WHAT IS THE GROWTH LOOKED LIKE ON RECEIPTS OF THIS A&P TAX REVENUE. AND SO THOSE ARE THE MAIN CHANGES THERE.

THIS ALLOWS US TO NOT HAVE TO BUDGET ANY RESERVES AS WELL, WHICH, YOU KNOW, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, WE WOULD PREFER NOT TO BE BUDGETING RESERVES WHEN THERE'S OTHER OPPORTUNITIES, RIGHT? SO THIS PROPOSED BUDGET JUST GETS US MORE IN LINE WITH WITH ACTUAL NUMBERS.

AND IN A IN THE EVENT OF AN AUDIT, THIS MAKES EVERYTHING LOOK MUCH CLEANER AND JUST KIND OF BRINGS US UP TO DATE.

I THINK THERE WAS A GOOD JOB DONE ON THE BUDGET THAT WAS DONE IN THE FALL OF 2024, BUT I THINK WE WERE STILL WAITING TO GET SOME OF THOSE RECEIPTS IN.

AND SO WE APPRECIATE ALL YOUR WORK ON THIS. WOULD THERE WOULD THERE BE A MOTION TO RECEIVE THIS AMENDED BUDGET? ONE SECOND. OKAY.

TIMES AND DATES. DISCUSSION. THAT WAS BROUGHT UP AS AN AGENDA ITEM AT THE LAST MEETING.

IT WAS TABLED AT THAT TIME. WOULD THERE BE ANYONE ON THE COMMISSION THAT WOULD LIKE TO PICK THAT AGENDA ITEM UP OFF THE TABLE? I THINK IT'S A PROBABLY A NOT A BAD IDEA THAT I DON'T THINK WE NEED TO MEET EVERY MONTH.

WE COULD PICK THE MONTHS THAT I THINK IS THE BEST TO MEET BECAUSE, YOU KNOW, WE'RE ALL I KNOW, WE'RE ALL BUSY. I KNOW WE'RE TRYING TO DO SOMETHING FOR THE CITY HERE, BUT SOMETIMES IT'S JUST A REPEAT MEETING AND WE'RE DISCUSSING THE SAME THINGS.

NOVEMBER SEEMS TO HAVE SOME TABLE IDEAS THAT WE NEED TO COME BACK AND LOOK AT.

DECEMBER IS UP IN THE AIR, BUT SINCE I'VE BEEN ON THIS COMMISSION, IT SEEMS LIKE EVERY YEAR WE SHOULD HAVE PROBABLY MET IN DECEMBER, BUT WE ALWAYS TOOK DECEMBER OFF. THEY SAID FOR CHRISTMAS, CHRISTMAS DON'T HAPPEN TILL THE END OF THE MONTH.

THAT'S A ONE WE COULD TOSS UP. AND THEN I SEE IF, YOU KNOW, WE NEEDED TO MEET.

THAT'S WHAT I'VE SEEN IN THE PAST FROM THIS COMMISSION IS IT GIVES US AN OPPORTUNITY TO KIND OF CATCH UP ON EVERYTHING.
