WE JUST WE'RE JUST TIGHT THERE AND WE NEED ALL THE PARKING WE CAN GET. IT'S A SMALL SITE. WELL, I HATE TO BE EVASIVE, BUT I CAN SPEAK TO THAT. OKAY. SO WHAT WE DID IS WE MET WITH THE APPLICANT OR THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY NOW, AND WE HAD A DISCUSSION. NOW, THIS HAS BEEN NUMEROUS DISCUSSIONS IN THE PAST, EVEN LEADING UP TO THE PREVIOUS APPLICATION. AND THEY WERE KIND OF PULLING STAFF AND THEY ARE HERE TO SPEAK IF YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS. BUT IT WAS THE RECOMMENDATION THAT THEY COME BEFORE TO SEE IF THAT WAS EVEN A POSSIBILITY, JUST FOR DISCUSSION ITEM. DUE TO THE OUTSTANDING NATURE OF THOSE, BASICALLY THE REASONS FOR DENIAL, IN THE LAST APPLICATION, THEY WERE PRETTY EXTENSIVE.

THERE WERE TRAFFIC CONCERNS AT THE INTERSECTION, THINGS OF THAT NATURE. THEY WANT TO SEE IF IT'S EVEN WORTH THEIR WHILE. IF THEY CAME IN WITH AN AMENDED SITE PLAN, POTENTIALLY TO ADDRESS ANY OF THOSE CONCERNS. AND THEY DID PROVIDE A CONCEPT THAT WAS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKET AND BASED ON QUICK REVIEW. AND I WAS NOT I WAS ON MATERNITY LEAVE AT THAT TIME, SO I HAD TO GO BACK AND REVIEW MYSELF. THE ITEM. IT LOOKS LIKE THERE WAS A DISCERNIBLE DIFFERENCE WITH CERTAIN POINTS OF DENIAL, ALTHOUGH IT IS STILL AN ISSUE, POTENTIALLY WITH THE INGRESS EGRESS LOCATIONS IN PROXIMITY TO THE INTERSECTION. SO IT'S MORE SO A DISCUSSION AT THIS POINT. AND WE'VE HAD THOSE INTERNALLY. SOMETIMES WE SEEK OUT OTHER OPINIONS OF THE COMMISSION. IT'S YOUR CALL COMMISSIONER. YEAH.
